Terms of Service

1. Company Information

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of credit repair services provided by MV Tech & Management Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating under the laws of the State of Florida. Our services are offered pursuant to the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1679–1679j, and all other applicable federal and state laws.

2. Services Provided

MV Tech & Management Solutions LLC provides credit repair consulting services, including but not limited to:

• Analysis of credit reports from Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion
• Identification of potentially inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable negative items
• Preparation and submission of dispute letters pursuant to FCRA § 611 and § 623
• Tracking and management of ongoing disputes
• Education and guidance on credit improvement strategies

We make no guarantee of specific results. We cannot remove accurate, verifiable negative information from your credit report.

3. Client Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete personal information, including Social Security Number and date of birth
• Provide copies of your most recent credit reports when requested
• Promptly forward any correspondence received from creditors or credit bureaus to our office
• Not use our services to dispute accurate information or commit fraud
• Pay all agreed fees in accordance with your service agreement

4. Fees and Payment

In compliance with CROA (15 U.S.C. § 1679b), we do not charge or accept any fee before we have fully performed the services we have agreed to perform. All fees are disclosed clearly in your written service agreement prior to engagement.

Monthly service fees, if applicable, are charged in arrears for services rendered. You may cancel at any time as described in Section 5.

5. Right to Cancel

You may cancel your contract with us without penalty or obligation within three (3) business days of signing your service agreement, as required by CROA. To cancel, notify us in writing at info@mvtechmanagement.com. After the cancellation period, you may cancel with 30 days' written notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our services to:

• Create a new credit identity or obtain credit under a different name (CROA § 1679b violation)
• Dispute accurate information you know to be correct
• Engage in any activity constituting fraud or misrepresentation

Any such conduct may result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

MV Tech & Management Solutions LLC is not responsible for decisions made by credit bureaus or creditors. Our services are advisory in nature. In no event shall our liability exceed the total fees paid by you in the 90 days preceding any claim.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between you and MV Tech & Management Solutions LLC shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida, except where prohibited by law. You retain all rights provided under CROA, including the right to bring a civil action under 15 U.S.C. § 1679g.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
